Meet the Team
Rooted in performance and dedicated to elevating high performance at the highest levels of sport and performance. With combined experience and expertise, our team provides world-class sport psychology service, education, and consultation for individuals, executive, and sports teams, and National Governing Bodies (NGBs) in concert with their high-performance goals to develop and implement individualized performance enhancement plans.
Our approach is client-centered and strength-based; we believe that collaboration and teamwork are the bedrock of relationships, and our style is characterized by genuineness, acceptance, and unconditional positive regard. We emphasize a collaborative, equal partnership anchored in mutual respect with our clients; which contrasts traditional clinical approaches that view individuals through the lens of disease and pathology.
In addition to individual sessions, we travel to training camps and key competitions, providing sport psychology, counseling, triage, care coordination, and/or psychophysiology services (including sleep/recovery) for executive and sport teams, NGBs, and individual athletes.
